In select communities, SBP offers homeowners assistance with home repairs and guidance in filing FEMA appeals. This questionnaire will help us determine if you are a good fit for our Build or Disaster Assistance Programs. Should your submission match our current program requirements, a representative from our team will contact you within 5-10 business days. This form should take less than 5 minutes to complete.

Assistance Needed

SBP only offers assistance to homeowners who own their property. Check out our Resource Hub for tools to support your recovery.

Home Repair and Rebuilding Assistance

SBP does not currently offer home repair and rebuilding assistance in your community. Contact 2-1-1 for a referral in your area.
FEMA Appeals Assistance

SBP can only provide FEMA appeals assistance to homeowners who have already applied to FEMA and have received an initial response they want to appeal. Go to www.disasterassistance.gov to see if you are able to apply for FEMA assistance OR to check on the status of your application.

If you are satisfied with FEMA’s decision and do not need assistance appealing the decision, you are not eligible for SBP’s services.
