In select communities, SBP offers homeowners assistance with home repairs and guidance in filing FEMA appeals. This questionnaire will help us determine if you are a good fit for our Build or Disaster Assistance Programs. Please submit this form only once. We will review each submission and, if necessary, make an internal referral to the appropriate program. If your submission matches our current program requirements, a representative from our team will contact you within 5-10 business days. This form should take less than 5 minutes to complete.
