This intensive two-day course is specifically designed for government employees and general contractors overseeing disaster construction management. The curriculum focuses on efficient best practices for critical processes, emphasizing housing damage assessments, cost estimation, scope of work definition, and timely project execution, including the notice-to-proceed. Participants will receive comprehensive course materials. Tuition (Per Seat): For-profit: $3,000; Public Servants: $2,000; Non-Profit: $1,500.
